WSOP launches 2024 with 'Champions Reunion' event

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) is set to launch its 45th annual event on May 28 at Paris Las Vegas with a groundbreaking Champions Reunion Event, as announced by Caesars Entertainment. This unique $5K No Limit Hold’em freezeout will be an exclusive opportunity for all living former WSOP Main Event champions to participate for free. Reigning champion Daniel Weinman, who secured $12.1 million from a record-breaking field last year, will be among the notable participants. The 2024 schedule also introduces the first-ever Mixed No-Limit Hold’em/Pot-Limit Omaha Double Board Bomb Pot event on June 15. This innovative event features an $1,500 buy-in and promises unprecedented action with its unique gameplay mechanics. Additionally, the PokerNews Deep Stack Championship offers a more accessible $600 buy-in event starting on June 25.
